Did I mention that we went to San Francisco a few weeks ago? My brother Bruce got married and we went there for his wedding. We flew in on a Thursday night. Calvin whined quietly for a lot of the flight until Evan accidentally hit Calvin's head on the ceiling of the plane. Then he cried really loudly.
Friday we went and saw the sights in San Francisco with Dave and Amanda and had a BBQ with Karren's family.
Saturday was the wedding and luncheon and reception. It was all very lovely and the weather was perfect. I only had three regrets. 1.We barely got to talk to Bruce at all. But I guess grooms are busy on their wedding weekend. 2. They rode away in a limo so there was no car to decorate. 3. I only took two pictures the whole day. Here is one of them.
A note about our lodging: My parents generously provided a large rented house for all of us to stay in. Unfortunately, and kind of comically, it had a few problems. They asked guest to remove their shoes in the house, but when we did, our socks turned black because the floors were so dirty. There was broken glass in the carpet. Our bed was broken and I don't think the bedding was clean. There was way too much furniture and tacky fake floral arrangements. It seemed like every floorboard was squeaky. And worst of all, when we woke up one morning, the bag of bagels was on the floor with a hole chewed through the bag and part of the bagel eaten, presumably by a MOUSE. Gross. I give it one out of five stars.

I have started exercising for the first time since before Calvin was born. I've been doing it for a whole week now and haven't missed a day except Sunday. I've already lost 5 pounds! Just kidding. But my calves are really sore. And I can finally do ab workouts, only nine months after my C-section. Hopefully the weather stays nice so I can stay motivated.

Here are some things that have happened since last time we posted online.
Here is Calvin playing with mommy while I was at school or something.
